Will I lose any winnings if my internet connection fails?

At times, you may experience an outage in your internet connection to our servers. If this ever happens mid-game, your playing session will be saved at the point your connection was lost. Note that all game sessions are logged at Wildz, so you will be able to resume exactly where you left off.

If you find that your connection returns, but the game fails to start back up again, try refreshing your web browser.

Note that any winnings due to you are credited automatically, even if the connection goes down in the middle of a game round or bonus feature. In either instance, all remaining spins in the round will play out to a conclusion.
