If we have reasonable grounds to believe that fraud has been committed or attempted, we reserve the right to cancel any related transaction, bonus or other promotion without prejudice to any other action. In these Terms and Conditions, a reference to “cheating” includes “bonus abuse”. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to attempting to open more than one account in order to receive an additional bonus or benefit. We are obliged to report relevant facts to the authorities:
When describing such facts, it may be necessary to disclose the player identities of the people involved to the authorities.
5.3 - Only one account is allowed per household, IP address, and computing device. If two or more users share the same household, IP address and computing device, Rootz must be notified by their respective Accounts’ holders.

Please note that you must be at least 18 years old to play the games offered on the website.
As part of the registration, we ask you to specify an additional authentication method.
5.6 - You are hereby informed that we will carry out verification procedures upon registration and if you change your stored personal information or payment details. If we are unable to verify your information, registration will be refused, or your account will be blocked for access or closed if we suspect that you have given us false or misleading information.
Rootz may offer you a temporary game account upon registration and until your game account is fully verified. Such an account allows you to make deposits up to a maximum of EUR 100 within 72 hours of registration and participate in our offer; a payout of your credit before full verification of your identity is not possible. If verification is not successfully completed within the required 72 hours, we will have to suspend your temporary game account until verification is completed.
5.7 - Rootz reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, to conduct background checks on a player and to request relevant documents such as a copy of your passport or other identification documents as part of Rootz Know Your Customer (“KYC”) procedures , including (but not limited to) researching the player’s identity, checking the player’s creditworthiness, or researching the player’s personal history. The basis for such inquiries will vary by case, but may include (but is not limited to) the player’s name, address and age, occupation, verification of the player’s financial transactions, financial standing, source of wealth, source of funds or gaming activity. Rootz also has the right to request previously submitted documentation that has later expired or is no longer valid, or for any reason and at any time to request additional KYC documentation if deemed necessary. Rootz is under no obligation to inform the player that such an investigation is being conducted. Such activities may involve the use of certain third party companies to conduct the investigations as needed. Rootz may, in its sole discretion, decide to close a player’s account and temporarily freeze all funds in that account if such an investigation leads to an adverse or uncertain outcome. If, upon completion of Rootz’s verifications, you are found to be underage (due to some sort of circumvention of the verification process) or registered using false information:
5.8 - It is your responsibility to notify Rootz of any updates and to update the mandatory information provided in the registration form should that information change. Please note that in addition to verification during the registration process, Rootz is required to re-verify your information at least 12 months after the last verification. The identity verification must be repeated after one year at the latest. After 12 months have elapsed since the last identity verification, participation in games or deposits is not possible without new identity verification. For further identity verification, you can use the original online identity verification tools offered when you first registered. The deposit option and the option to participate in the game will only be reactivated if the renewed identity verification was successful. However, withdrawals are possible anytime. Therefore, instead of carrying out new identity verification, you also have the option of having your entire remaining balance paid out and closing the player account.
5.9 - As part of the registration process, you must choose your username and password to log in to the website. It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that your login details are kept secure. You shall not pass on your login data to third parties. Rootz shall not be liable for any misuse of your Member Account by any third party as a result of your intentionally or accidentally, actively or passively, providing your login details to any third party. Should Rootz discover or suspect that someone other than you is using the Player Account, Rootz will suspend or close the account and freeze all funds.
Your identity must be proven at regular intervals when you register. We are obliged to do this. Proof is provided by the additional authentication method you specified during the registration process. Without proof, we cannot allow any further participation in the game.
5.10 - Rootz may refuse to open an Account or close an existing Account at its sole discretion and for any reason. However, all contractual obligations already made will be honoured.
5.11 - An inactive account is an account that has not been accessed for 12 months and has a real money balance. Rootz will contact you via email 30 days before your account becomes inactive to inform you of the potential administration fees below. If Rootz cannot contact you after 12 months since the last login or there is no activity on the player account even after contacting you, Rootz reserves the right to charge a monthly administration fee of 5 EUR until your real money balance reaches zero. If you sign up after Rootz has started charging your account with the administration fee, we will stop charging your account with the administration fee. The period of inactivity will start again from the date of your last login.
5.12 - You understand and accept that Rootz strictly prohibits cheating and collusion between players. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that fraud or collusion has taken place, we reserve the right to cancel any relevant game participation that we suspect may be the result of such conduct or temporarily suspend and/ or confiscate all funds in Your Account, and close your account for investigation purposes. In addition, any player who has a reasonable suspicion that another player is gaining an unfair advantage through cheating or collusion must report such suspicion to Rootz by emailing [email protected].
5.13 - Rootz does not allow the use of robotic, automated, mechanical, electronic or other devices to make automated decisions in any game or respect of any bet on its sites, whether such use is attempted or effected by you or by any third parties. Should we have reasonable suspicion that any such device is being used on the sites, we reserve the right to void any bet that we suspect has been made using such a device and exclude any player from any promotion or competition in which we suspect that such a device has been used. You are also prohibited from utilising an external resource that is designed to provide a player with an unfair advantage over other players. Such prohibited external resources may include, but are not limited to, third-party software applications and databases as well as Websites, web-based databases, subscription services and the assistance of any other person regardless of whether or not that person is also the holder of a Rootz Account. We may also suspend the Account in question pending investigation into the matter and terminate the Account at our sole discretion. Rootz considers the use of such devices to be tantamount to fraud and reserves its right not to refund any balance on the Account at the time of termination and to cancel any pending Games.
5.14 - All transactions are checked by our fraud personnel in accordance with the prevention of anti-money laundering laws and regulations as applicable.
5.15 - Any suspicious activity on Your Account may result in you being reported to the relevant authorities and your funds being frozen. It could also result in your account being closed and your funds confiscated. Please note that due to the prohibition of tipping off in accordance with money-laundering regulations, you may not be notified of such ongoing investigations.
5.16 - If you wish to close your account, you can do so at any time by contacting customer service at [email protected]. Any remaining funds in the Rootz account will be returned to you immediately. The effective closure of the Account corresponds to the termination of the Terms and Conditions, respecting any commitments already made.
5.17 - If the reason for closing the account is related to concerns about possible gambling addiction, we kindly ask you to state this. A player who closes an account due to gambling addiction may not re-open or attempt to re-open their Rootz account. Rootz reserves the right to terminate an account opened in violation of this rule at any time.
5.18 - All communications between the Account Holder and Rootz are recorded for compliance, accounting and [email protected] for regulatory purposes. In the event of closure of a Player Account, related information about the account will be retained for a period of five (5) to ten (10) years from the date of closure of the account, depending on the activity on the account. Related information is any information collected as part of KYC procedures, including data collected at registration and account transaction details.
5.19 - Rootz has the right to appoint payment solution providers to act, receive and/or pay out funds on its behalf.
5.20 - When the outcome of a game you participate in is determined, all winnings will be available in Your Member Account. Rootz allows you to set a custom amount to automatically pay out winnings that exceed that amount. You can find more information in the account settings of your player account.
5.21 - Rootz will carry out additional verification procedures on a case-by-case basis, but in any case for any payout that exceeds the equivalent of EUR 2,000 and reserves the right to carry out such verification procedures for lower payouts as well.
5.22 - If Rootz or a third party service provider mistakenly credits your account with winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to technical or human error or any other reason, the amount credited in error remains the property of Rootz and we remit such amount from your account back to Rootz. We reserve the right to void any transaction made with the amount credited in error, including any associated winnings. In addition, in order to honour any such claim, we reserve the right to freeze and withhold such funds and offset any subsequent winnings owed to you. If, prior to Rootz becoming aware of the error, you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you, the amount withdrawn in error constitutes a debt owed by you to Rootz, without prejudice to any other remedies and actions available to us. In the event of an incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify our customer service immediately by email.
6.1 - You may only participate in a Game if you have sufficient funds in your Member Account for such participation. When you register an account, we require you to make a minimum deposit before you can play.
6.2 - Rootz will not give you credit for playing a game. Rootz is not a financial institution and should not be treated as such. The amounts deposited in your player account do not earn any interest. Please note that your personal player account is not a payment account within the meaning of Payment Services Directive II (EU) 2015/2366 (implemented in Germany by the Payment Services Supervision Act (ZAG)), but merely a virtual, internal, mercantilist clearing account that records debit and credit amounts (inflows of funds and drains). The purpose of this account is to make your transactions transparent and traceable, and to document them in a verifiable manner. We manage the money you deposit and arrange the necessary transactions for you to be able to use the services offered on the website.
6.3 - By depositing funds into your account, you ask us and we agree to hold such funds together with any winnings for the sole purpose of (i) placing game wagers and (ii) any Pay any fees or costs that you may incur in connection with the use of our Services.
6.4 - All information required to deposit funds into your member account can be found on the “My Account” and “Deposit” pages of the Website. You may use any of the methods available to you as specified on these pages, which may change from time to time.
6.5 - When using a credit or debit card to deposit funds, your funds will not be released until Rootz has received an irrevocable approval and authorisation code. Should Rootz not receive such authorisation and code, Your Account will not be credited with such funds.
6.6 - Rootz adheres to the so-called “closed loop” rule. In principle, all withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit. Rootz will verify each payment method upon initial deposit/withdrawal to ensure that the account holder is the same as the bank account holder (this process is performed either by the payment service provider or by us in advance). Rootz reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity when making deposits into Your Member Account.
6.7 - Depositing funds into the members’ Account shall always be made through a financial institution or a payment services provider, by the use of any of the methods specified on the Website, as may be amended from time to time. Procedures, terms, availability and duration for deposits may vary depending on the time, the country and the financial institution used.
6.8 - Funds deposited will generally be credited to the Member’s account within one minute of confirmation of the deposit, unless additional verification procedures are required as described in clause 6.6. If for any reason a deposit is not reflected in your account, please contact customer service at [email protected].
6.9 - You may only use debit or credit cards and other financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to you.
6.10 - It is unlawful to deposit money from ill-gotten means. In accordance with our anti-fraud policy, we reserve the right to pay out all or part of a requested withdrawal using the same verified payment method used to make one or more deposits. We further reserve the right to pay any requested withdrawal directly to your bank account.
6.11 - Rootz only accepts payments in Euros (EUR). Please note that any exchange premiums are the responsibility of the player.
6.12 - Deposits made to your Rootz Account should be commensurate with gameplay. If in Rootz’s discretion, there is suspicion of abuse (for instance, where a deposited amount has not been wagered or used for an appropriate level of gameplay and the user then makes a withdrawal request concerning that deposited amount or where Rootz suspects that you are abusing exchange rate fluctuations or made a financial gain through arbitrage), we reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to cancel other deposit(s), and/or any withdrawals there related, in part or in full, to deduct and/or to retract any balance or costs that may have resulted in conjunction therewith from any funds held in the User’s Account, confiscate funds including winnings and to close the Rootz Account indefinitely, without any warning and notification. We further reserve the right to request and obtain satisfactory proof of deposit and additional copies of personal identification and other documents as may be required at any stage during the Account’s lifetime and in such instances prior to processing any withdrawal request, the processing of such request to be entirely at Rootz’s discretion. In cases where we are not satisfied by the submitted documentation, Rootz may cancel the withdrawal and return the funds to the Account or confiscate the funds and block the Account indefinitely.
6.13 - You agree that funds deposited into your account may only be used to play the games on the website. We have the right to suspend or close Your Account if we reasonably suspect or have reason to believe that you are depositing money without intending to place any wagers. In such circumstances, we may also report this to the relevant authorities.
6.14 - You acknowledge that we shall have the right to block a Rootz Account should we receive a chargeback request concerning that Account. When a chargeback request has been received, we will contact you, as the registered Account holder, to seek confirmation of your identity. If necessary, we shall also ask you to confirm your preferred method of payment. Reminders may be sent if the requested confirmation is not received. Administrative fees may apply in such cases, and the balance of your Rootz Account may decrease in the case of unduly incurred chargebacks, reversals or other charges we may sustain concerning Your Account. You are to note that any remaining funds held in a Rootz Account which has been blocked due to a chargeback request, shall be treated as though they were funds on an Inactive Account.
7.1 - You may withdraw any amount up to the real money balance in your Rootz Member Account by providing Rootz with a valid withdrawal notice on the Website. Please note that you may need to forfeit Bonus Money Bonuses before you can withdraw Real Money.
7.2 - Cancellations must be made via the website. Rootz will not accept withdrawal requests made by phone or email. Rootz employees are not authorized to circumvent these instructions.
7.3 - The available withdrawal options are clearly stated on the website.
7.4 - Withdrawals will be made to your bank account or other withdrawal methods available to you to choose from under the “Withdrawal” pages and/or as chosen by Rootz. Whenever possible, Rootz shall pay your withdrawals by using the same method you would have utilised to make your deposits. Withdrawal payments may only be made in the name of and to the registered Account holder. Rootz reserves the right to cancel withdrawals either to enforce a closed-loop or to force the customer to withdraw to a particular withdrawal method. Upon withdrawing funds, your own bank or another payment provider may add a further handling charge. These charges may vary over time.
7.5 - It will not be possible to withdraw funds marked as “Bonus money”, as well as funds stuck in an aborted game.
7.6 - Rootz products are consumed instantly as you play. As such, Rootz cannot offer returns of goods, refunds, or cancellation of your service mid-game. When you play a game with real money, the money is withdrawn from Your Member account instantly.
7.7 - The Rootz Payments and Fraud team will perform additional checks for any withdrawal exceeding the equivalent of EUR 2,000 or for cumulative withdrawals exceeding EUR 2,000. This value can be calculated either on a daily basis considering all deposits made by a customer since the beginning of the business relationship or on a rolling 180 day basis. We also reserve the right to carry out such checks in the case of lower payouts. Such verification may include, but is not limited to, copies of passports, ID cards, utility bills, or copies of credit/debit cards used to make deposits. All identification documents presented must contain a clear photo of the registered customer.
7.8 - All transactions must be verified to prevent money laundering. Rootz, the regulator and any governing body may monitor or require review of any transaction to prevent the commission of this crime. Rootz reports all suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. Should we become aware of any suspicious activity related to one of our games, we will immediately report this to the relevant institutions. Rootz has the right to suspend, suspend or close any account and temporarily hold any funds therein if required in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and terrorist financing laws and regulations.
7.9 - The time it takes for a withdrawal request to be finally processed may vary due to circumstances, however, a withdrawal request should be approved or denied within three (3) days. If a withdrawal is cancelled, the funds will be returned to your player account and you may dispose of the funds in your player account. Rootz is not responsible for any funds lost during play following a withdrawal cancellation by you or us. For details on deposit and withdrawal times, see Payment Methods.
7.10 - Before a withdrawal is processed, your behaviour on the website or use of the games will be checked for irregular gaming patterns. If Rootz believes there is irregular gaming, Rootz reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals or confiscate all winnings and bonuses until further notice.
7.11 - Acceptance of a withdrawal request requires that you have made a real money deposit and wagered it sufficiently and that all other conditions set by Rootz are met. All withdrawal requests are subject to transaction limits and withdrawal methods, which we will notify you prior to withdrawal. Rootz reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence on withdrawals if it deems it necessary, particularly in cases where deposited funds have not been used for wagering.
7.12 - In accordance with applicable law and the licensing terms imposed on Rootz, player funds are protected in the event of bankruptcy through segregation of client funds and held in separate dedicated bank accounts. These accounts are used solely for this purpose and our bank has confirmed this. In addition, our chosen bank will ensure that these monies are not the subject of attachment or enforcement of any claim against Rootz and that in the event of insolvency these monies will not be considered part of Rootz’s assets. Consequently, in the event of our insolvency, your funds are protected and shall be returned to you.
7.13 - A Registering Person accepts and acknowledges that withdrawals of funds will only be transferred to the account from which funds were deposited into the Player’s Account, where possible.
7.14 - If Rootz or a third party service provider mistakenly credits your bank account or other withdrawal methods for withdrawals that do not belong to you, whether due to technical or human error or any other reason, the amount credited in error remains the property of Rootz, and we will remit this amount from your account back to Rootz. Without prejudice to any other remedy and action that may be available to us by law, the amount paid in error constitutes a debt that you owe to Rootz. In the event of an incorrect credit, you are obliged to inform our customer service immediately by email.
8.1 - These Terms will remain in effect until a new version is made available and accepted by the user. Any essential changes to the bonus and rewards terms and conditions will be communicated to you in advance and will not come into effect until you have reconfirmed your acceptance of the changes.
8.2 - We may from time to time offer you Bonuses or rewards which will be credited to Your Account by us. 8.3 - Rootz reserves the right to withhold and remove Bonus Money allocated to you if it has not been used within 60 days from the allocated date. Individual campaigns may have a shorter expiry time, which you will be informed of accordingly in advance.
8.4 - If you have qualified for a Bonus, specific requirements apply before you can request a withdrawal of the bonus or winnings from playing with Bonus Money. If you wish to request a withdrawal before the wagering requirements are met, Rootz will deduct the entire Bonus amount and any winnings made using bonus money before approving a withdrawal. Rootz has the right to decide in advance which games and how much a game contributes towards the wagering requirement.

The term “Abuse” refers to players otherwise gaining an unfair or unintended advantage, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to receive multiple Bonuses. In cases where Rootz suspects that the player is acting in bad faith, Rootz reserves the right to cancel a Bonus offer at any time where there is suspicion that the offer is being abused and the close violator’s account with immediate effect.
8.13 - You acknowledge that you can only receive or use offers that apply to Germany and, where specified, to the payment method. Rootz reserves the right to change the number and amount of Bonuses awarded at any time and for any reason. We reserve the right to offer a particular Bonus to a particular customer or group of customers, to terminate a Bonus offer without notice or compensation, to change the terms of any Bonus offer, or to substitute any type of bonus offer for another, at our sole discretion and at any time.
8.14 - While playing with wagers made using the Bonus funds, the player is strictly prohibited from delaying the play of a game round until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met, or new funds have been deposited. This also applies to all Bonus or Free spins modes and functions that can arise from betting with the player’s Bonus balance. In this case, the player agrees that their bonus or any associated winnings may be voided.
8.15 - Wagering requirements apply. Deposits must be wagered at least once before they become withdrawable. You can withdraw your deposit balance before you have met the wagering requirements, but then you will lose your Bonus money. For example, if the wagering requirements are thirty-five (35) to withdraw a €5 bonus, the player must wager €175 before the remaining balance can be converted into Real Money and withdrawn.
8.16 - Cash Rewards that don’t have any wagering requirement and the amount won will be added to the balance and is withdrawable immediately.
9.1 - Rootz offers a range of services to help you if you feel you are becoming addicted to gambling. We have taken a number of measures to help you play in a safe environment. You understand that when it comes to playing games of chance involving money, the outcome is never certain. We have developed tools to make your gaming experience safer and we encourage you to take these measures into account when playing on Rootz. To take advantage of these tools, you can either visit our Responsible Gaming page, which will display all relevant information and assistance, or the “Limits” tab in the menu Go to “Your Account” and set the account restrictions according to your needs or contact our customer service at [email protected].
9.2 - As part of German gambling laws, a player is allowed to deposit a cumulative amount of EUR 1,000 across all available online gambling operators per month. Therefore, you cannot deposit more than this amount, regardless of whether you deposited the EUR 1,000 on our site or on other online gambling sites. When registering on our website, you must set a monthly cross-vendor deposit limit or indicate that you wish to keep an individual monthly cross-vendor deposit limit that you have already set.
To monitor compliance with the monthly cross-provider deposit limit, the supervisory authority responsible for this maintains - namely joint gaming authority of the states (GGL) in Halle an der Saale – a central limit file. Rootz is legally obliged to transmit your first and last name, maiden name, address, the amount of the deposit limit across providers, the date the limit was set and the amount and date of the deposits made to this central limit file for their release. Before each deposit, we transfer the amount you have specified to the limit file to check whether it is still available, or whether your monthly deposit limit has already been exhausted, or which lower amount you may still have available. In principle, Rootz may not allow you to make any deposits that, according to the limit file, already exceed the monthly cross-provider deposit limit.
We offer you the ability to set stricter financial limits for your Rootz account. If you set a stricter limit on our website, you will not be able to play beyond the limit you set, as our system will automatically ban any further play. These limits are designed to help you control your gambling and allow you to set financial limits on deposits, wagers and losses:
9.3 - The financial limits described above can be viewed and changed at any time in the “Limits” tab in the “Your Account” menu. The limits can be changed on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Any request to lower a limit will take effect immediately. A request to increase or remove a limit will only take effect after a cooling-off period of seven (7) days, during which the player cannot reverse the conditions previously set for his account. This reflection period gives you the opportunity to reconsider whether you really want to increase your deposit limit. The monthly multi-vendor limit of EUR 1,000 cannot be removed or increased.
9.4 - If you need more information or help with our features, please contact customer service at [email protected].
9.5 - We offer you the option to set session time limits for your Rootz account. You may, at your sole discretion, set a maximum session time during which you may remain logged into your account. As long as these limits are set, if you reach the preset time limit in a game session, you will be automatically logged out and unable to continue playing.
9.6 - The Reality Check feature helps you monitor your gaming activity on Rootz. This feature will be activated automatically and a message will be displayed at regular 60 minute intervals. This message will let you know how long you’ve been playing, how much you’ve spent/won, and it provides a direct link to your transaction history and gives you the option to continue the game after five (5) minutes or to quit immediately.
To prevent parallel gaming, the 2021 State Treaty on Gambling provides for a central activity file to which all online gaming providers must connect. Before allowing you to participate in the game, Rootz is obliged to supply your full name, date of birth, place of birth and address to the activity file in order to query whether you are already active with another online gambling provider. If there is no feedback about the activity at another online gambling provider, you will be entered in the central activity file as active at Rootz. If you end your game participation with us, we report this to the central activity file, also stating the aforementioned data. We are also required to report the deletion of a player’s account to activity files.
9.7 - We offer the ability to request self-exclusion and exclusion by someone else. Once the ban request has been processed, you will no longer be able to gamble on any online gambling site operated by Rootz Limited or any other licensed and affiliated provider to the ban file, until the requested ban period has elapsed and you have requested your ban to be lifted (in the case of long-term bans). In the event of a ban by someone else, the player will be given the opportunity to comment before a decision is made on the ban.
“Panic Button”: There is a button that is always on-site and will trigger an immediate 24-hour self-lock once activated. This time-out function can be used for shorter breaks in the game and is automatically cancelled after 24 hours.
Should you need a break from gambling, please use the feature on the website and select the period of time you would like to be banned for. You can find this function in the My Account > Limits menu. After the ban has expired, you can apply in writing to have your ban lifted.
The minimum period of suspension is three (3) months and any request for a suspension of less than three (3) months will be considered as three (3) months. If no specific period of suspension is specified, the period of suspension is at least one (1) year. A central blocking system (OASIS) is maintained to protect players and combat gambling addiction. Banned players are not allowed to participate in public gambling. Any request for blocking is reported to the authority responsible for running the central, multi-vendor exclusion system.
The block can only be lifted at the written request of the blocked person. The application for lifting the self-ban can be made at the earliest after the ban period of three months has expired, or after one year at the earliest in the case of a third-party ban. In the event of an application to remove a self-block or a third-party block, the office responsible for managing the central blocking system will have the block lifted by making a corresponding entry in its file. In the event of a third-party ban, the player will be given an opportunity to comment. The ban is lifted upon request, but not before one (1) week has elapsed in the case of a self-ban and not before one (1) month has elapsed after receipt of the application by the authority in the case of a third-party ban. The applicant must be informed that the block has been lifted.
9.8 - Once your member account has been re-opened in the manner described in this chapter, you will be responsible for any losses resulting from continued use of your Member Account and under no circumstances will you receive a refund from Rootz. Any consent given before your block to receive advertising material and the corresponding comparison in the central block file is considered revoked after a self-block or a third-party block is lifted and must be provided again.
9.9 - For your protection and in accordance with our licensing obligations, if you had an account with us that was closed due to gambling addiction (either at the player’s request or by our analysts), you will not be able to reopen the account. If a new account is closed again, for this reason, all winnings will be removed. We also reserve the right to take action and inform the relevant authorities and associations.
9.10 - If you feel that you are at risk of developing a gambling addiction, or if you want to be sure that you or other people in your household cannot access gambling sites, you can install software to support preventing access to gambling sites. There are independent third-party websites that offer gambling-related website or software blocking products. Betfilter and GamBlock are two of the websites that offer this service. Please click on the links on the Responsible Gaming page if you require further information. To ensure the greatest possible protection for those affected by gambling problems, this type of software cannot be removed from a device once installed.
9.11 - If Rootz believes your gambling is causing you financial or personal difficulties, we reserve the right to close your account. If you feel you need help to break your addiction, please see our Responsible Gaming page.
9.12 - Rootz does not allow anyone under the age of 18 to create an account on their website. If you are under the age of 18 attempting to open an account with us, or assisting a minor to open an account with us, you are breaking the law. If you have minors in your household or if there is a possibility that minors are accessing your computer, please make sure that you do not pass on your login details; that you do not enable the “remember my password” feature on the login screens; that you will not provide your credit card or bank account information to minors; that you install parental control software or internet filtering software on your computer.
